ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
Michael Erb is a PhD candidate in atmospheric science at Rutgers University. He has been fascinated by weather since childhood, and his current research centers on studying past climate change and modeling the climate effect of slow changes in the Earth’s orbit, the so-called Milankovitch cycles. Michael has lectured and assisted in multiple college classes on meteorology, atmospheric physics and dynamics. He has been a co-author on scientific papers about climate feedbacks and Hurricane Katrina and has presented at numerous scientific conferences. Kelvin Mc-Cloud and the Seaside Storm is his first novel, and he expects his alter ego Kelvin to be around posing questions and conducting investigations for quite some time.
